Junior Church is every Sunday for children from 5- 13 years old.
English is usually the medium for teaching and presently we have three sessions of Junior Church. The last session is sometimes held in mandarin or in Mandarin and English.
The first session is from 10:15 – 11:15
The second session is from 12:00-13:30
The Third Session is from 14:15 – 15:15
Our aim is that during each service for adults there will be provision for children too.
Junior Church runs from 12:00 to 13:30 each Sunday and is open to those between ages of five to thirteen. It starts off with a lively group worship and then split into individual classes according to age groups. They use the Light resources from Scripture Unionwhich providesbible-based, age appropriate, materials that teaches the children aboutour Lord Jesusand how He is relevant totheir lives.
Currently they have a team of 12 dedicated teachers and a few classroom assistants to minister to the children in Junior Church.
We could always use more teachers, so if you are a church member and are willing to have a CRB check, then talk to Mawjoo about training.
