Information for Parents

1. If you wish to take a break from school, please write it in the 'leave handbook' and let the teacher know. If you are taking leave because of sickness, please notify the teacher as soon as possible and fill in the 'leave handbook'.

2. Students will each be given two notebooks, that they will exchange each week. Every time a student completes his or her homework, would the parent pleace sign the homework book right away.

3. The classes start every Saturday at 2:15 p.m., and finish at 3:45 p.m.. Please can parents ensure that their children arrive and leave on time.

4. Students need to provide their own crayons and 3 sharpened pencils.

5. In order to maintain the cleanliness of the school, children are not allowed to bring snacks or drinks into the classrooms. Do not allow any of your children to bring food to class. The school will provide drinking water to the students as needed.

6. Please do not permit your children to bring expensive items to the school. For example, mobile phones, electronic games or jewellery.

7. Children are not allowed to leave the building during class times, so please do not let children bring any money with them.
